Privacy Policy

What we collect

Nothing personal. No accounts, no email collection, no cookies set by cubic yard calculator itself. The site doesn't log your inputs, your IP (beyond what Cloudflare's edge needs to route the request), or any other personal data.

What third parties collect

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and edge delivery. Cloudflare's edge servers may log request metadata (IP, user agent, URL) as part of normal operation; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. This is standard for any site served from a CDN.

When the site is later enrolled in Google AdSense (see below), Google will set cookies to deliver ads and measure ad performance. We'll update this policy and add a consent banner before any ads go live.

AdSense

The site is built to be ad-ready — three reserved ad slots per page, dormant by default behind ADS_ENABLED=false. We will only apply for Google AdSense after the site has been live and indexed for 2–4 weeks, per the master plan. When ads go live, we'll:

• Add a consent banner (CMP) for users in jurisdictions that require it
• Update this privacy policy to disclose Google AdSense cookies
• Link to Google's Ad Settings so you can opt out of personalized ads

If you'd like to opt out of personalized ads from any advertiser now (before ads go live on this site), visit Google Ad Settings and aboutads.info.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare zone-level analytics only (server-side, no client JavaScript beacon). This means we can see aggregate traffic counts (page views, unique visitors, geographic distribution at the country level) but we cannot track individual users across pages or sessions. No third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Fathom, no Plausible) are loaded by the site.

Cookies set by cubic yard calculator

None. The site does not set any cookies of its own. When AdSense is later enabled, Google will set its own cookies per its privacy policy.

Your data, your rights

• Access: we have no personal data on you, so there's nothing to access.
• Deletion: same — nothing to delete.
• Portability: same.
• Complaints: if you have a complaint about the site's handling of your data, email admin@d4t0.com.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy (for example, when AdSense is enabled), we'll update the "last reviewed" date and add a note at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
